| If not for Alex Rodriguez, Ramirez would have been the fantasy MVP in 2007. Ramirez did have offseason surgery on his left shoulder (torn labrum), and with Miguel Cabrera in Detroit, he could make a permanent move from the leadoff spot to third in the order. Neither of those issues would scare us enough to let him fall on draft day, though. |
